The Forest Parks development (Hwy 280 and Hwy 43) was completed in nine sectors or blocks of development. Sectors 1, 3, 4, 6, and 7 are located in Forest Parks 280. The developer created several covenants for the community. The only difference seems to be that some require approval of the Architectural Control Committee to erect a retaining wall and some do not. Covenants are legal documents tied to each property deed. All covenants are available here. The HOA covers the whole Forest Parks 280 community.
