Please join the Forest Parks 280Facebook group for daily communications. Membership in the group is limited to only the residents of Forest Parks 280. Posts to the group are only visible to the neighborhood members. Facebook messenger allows one-on-one communication as well. Facebook replaces the community directory from years back. We also have a Twitter account @280parks. If you don't have a twitter account you can see the twitter feed on our events page.
HOA Activities
The annual meeting sets the direction for the year. The residents raised a number of concerns, many of which are actively being worked on by the HOA board and the HOA Committees. The HOA invites residents to email the board, contact us via Facebook, or attend board meetings.
Annual dues remains at $200 per year ($16.67/mo.). The HOA's current management company is Clark Simson Miller. We have a payment portal link you can use or you can mail payments to:

The Forest Parks Homeowners Association is made up of community volunteers who are elected at the annual community meeting.
Vision
The Forest Parks 280 HOA's vision is to preserve the peaceful nature of our mountain community while striving to build a strong sense of community among its members. The HOA board shall search for new opportunities to increase the real value of the community at a faster rate than the greater Birmingham area.
